By accessing or using the R&B Group CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Our service integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Users must comply with all official WhatsApp Business Policies. • Explicit Opt-In: You must obtain verifiable, affirmative consent from customers before sending any business-initiated messages. • Content Restrictions: You may not use the platform to send prohibited content, including spam, fraudulent offers, or restricted products (firearms, drugs, etc.). • Quality Rating: You are responsible for maintaining a high quality rating on your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). Excessive blocks or reports may result in account restriction by Meta.

The R&B Group platform uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate responses. • Disclosure: You agree to inform your customers that they are interacting with an AI bot where appropriate. • Human Handoff: You must ensure a human agent is available to take over conversations when requested by the customer or triggered by the AI system. • Monitoring: While our AI is highly advanced, you are responsible for monitoring automated interactions to ensure accuracy and brand compliance.

We provide a multi-tenant SaaS environment. • Data Isolation: Your data is cryptographically isolated from other businesses on the platform. • Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. • Prohibited Actions: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass any security features of the platform.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of R&B Group. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of R&B Group.

In no event shall R&B Group, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging policies.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
